In the upcoming year, Caroline's patrons will experience monthly culinary travels to international destinations. In January, snow-bound patrons can warm themselves with specials inspired by the Caribbean. Other culinary ports of call will feature cuisine from across the globe with desserts, barista drinks and wine to complement the featured entrees. Caroline's patrons will be offered the chance to enter a quarterly drawing. The winner will receive dinner for eight prepared in their home by Chef Ianelli and served by Caroline's staff. Alternately the dinner can be prepared at Caroline's if the winner is over 50 miles from Jericho.
JANUARY
This month's destination is the Caribbean and South America.
• Appetizer - Tamarind and Soy Painted Cavendish Quails, Jalapeno Polenta and Sliced Mango
• Entree - Ancho Jam Smothered Pork Chop, Pineapple Cream Sauce, Tropical Tuber "Torta" and Spicy Roasted Corn and Tomato Salsa
